1 - GENERAL
1. These general marketing and promotion rules (General Marketing and Promotion Rules) govern the various marketing and promotion offers. The General Marketing and Promotion Rules apply to the Player when they participate in promotions.
2. The General Marketing and Promotion Rules should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, General Rules for Sportsbook and Special Rules for Each Sport (Other Terms), and together they form the Agreement between STS and the Player. Players must ensure that they have read and understood the Other Terms and General Marketing and Promotion Rules (and the Specific T&Cs where applicable) before taking part in any promotion. In case of any discrepancy between the General Marketing and Promotion Rules and the Other Terms, the General Marketing and Promotion Rules shall prevail.
3. Capitalised words in the General Marketing and Promotion Rules shall have the meaning set out in the General Terms and Conditions unless it is specifically defined herein.
4. The General Marketing and Promotion Rules may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access. All versions will convey the same principles in different languages. Should there be any discrepancy between the Estonian version and the version in any other language, the Estonian version will prevail.
5. STS may decide to offer promotions with different applying rules, including but not limited to different qualifying conditions, different wagering requirements or no wagering requirements at all, bonuses playable only on some games or with some games excluded (Specific T&Cs). Specific T&Cs will be available on the Website or sent to the Player by email or otherwise, and they shall form part of the General Marketing and Promotion Rules once accepted by the Player. Players need to familiarise themselves with all applicable rules before taking part in any promotion. In case of any differences between the General
Marketing and Promotion Rules and the Specific T&Cs, the Specific T&Cs will prevail.
2 - STS MARKETING POLICY
1. We offer our promotions in good faith to Players who use our Services for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or remove the Player’s access to the Services, including participation in our promotions, in case of the suspected abuse of the promotional offer. Also, should we deem it necessary, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement in such case with immediate effect.
2. Promotions can only be claimed once per account, which shall mean no more than one promotion per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, debit card and/or e-payment account, email address, and environment where computers are shared (university, fraternity, public library, workplace etc.) Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the bet or a number of bets were placed in contradiction to the Agreement will lead to the Player not qualifying for the promotion and we reserve the right to suspend the Player from further promotions or to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
3. Abusive behaviour may be considered, but is not limited to, using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on the promotion; equal, zero or low margin bets; placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed; wagering bonuses on excluded games; placing bets on the same event with a different outcome; collusion; manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviors, which amounts to deliberate cheating; masking an IP address or using a VPN. Syndicated account creation using multiple identities is also deemed to be abusive and fraudulent behaviour.
4. In all cases of abuse and/or any fraudulent activity, we retain the right to void any winnings, confiscate all bonuses and to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
5. If the Player wins an amount equal to two thousand five hundred Euros (2,500 EUR) or more, through the use of the Services, the Player may be asked to grant permission to STS to use the Player’s username, name, and/or portrait in all media as part of STS marketing and promotional needs, and for the Website, however, to do so will be at the Player’s discretion.
3 - STS BONUS POLICY
1. STS may offer bonuses which will be credited into the Account. Bonus means any funds or equivalent credited to the Account. Bonus cannot be directly withdrawn or paid out and must be used for placing a bet on the Website. The bonus may be convertible to real money (and available for the withdrawal) subject to fulfilling all rules applicable to the promotion.
2. Bonuses shall be used in accordance with General Marketing and Promotion Rules, but Specific T&Cs might also apply. Our offers may be used only once unless otherwise specified. The Player is not entitled to withdraw any bonus if they didn’t fulfill all the applicable terms.
3. The bonus offer and all details regarding crediting will be available in the relevant section on the Website or communicated to the Player by email or otherwise. The bonus amount is determined by STS, and players do not have a general right to receive the bonus.
4. STS may offer different types of bonuses. These generally include a Casino Bonus (extra direct funds to the Player’s Bonus Balance to be used on casino Services), Sportsbook Bonus (extra direct funds to the Player’s Bonus Balance to be used on Sportsbook Services), Free Spins (spins of a certain value given on a specific game or a collection of games) and Free Bets (sports bets of a specific value given on particular sports, competitions or markets).
5. All types of bonuses are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account. If the Player has more than one bonus, the first bonus received becomes an 'active' bonus, and all other bonuses are 'pending’ and therefore, cannot be used.
6. STS may offer bonuses with different wagering requirements or without them. When a bonus is offered with wagering requirements, the Specific T&Cs apply, and they will be available on the Website or communicated to the Player by email or otherwise. The Player needs to fulfil the wagering requirements before they can withdraw their bonus (i.e. bonus money cannot be converted into real money until the wagering requirement is met). If this condition is not met in the set time, the bonus will expire. Upon expiring, the bonus and all winnings associated with it are removed from the Account.
7. Players can void their bonuses at any time. To cancel a Casino Bonus, Players can go to My Bonuses section in the Account and click on Cancel. To cancel a Sportsbook Bonus, Players should contact
Customer Support. However, please be aware that if the bonus will be voided, all winnings associated with that bonus will be voided as well. 8. The Player can withdraw their own funds at any time. If the Player would like to make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the currently active bonus will be voided.
9. Bonuses are limited-time offers, and the Specific T&Cs associated with any bonus or promotion are subject to change.
10. If the Player breaches the Agreement or any of the restrictions imposed on the promotion, and/or if we detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity, STS reserves the right to:
a. void any bonus (even after the wagering requirements are met) and
b. confiscate all winnings associated with the breached bonus and c. disqualify the Player from any free spins/bonus spins promotion or Bonus or other form of promotion and
d. terminate the Agreement with the Player.
11.STS consideration of what constitutes suspicious or fraudulent activity, includes, but is not limited, to:
a. playing a restricted slot with bonus funds;
b. using collectible in-game bonus accumulation to strategize, during bonus wagering;
c. coordinating with other players and accounts, using the same bonus or promotional offer, or any other evidence of syndication or false identification, that we find justified;
d. breaching and exceeding the maximum bet allowed during bonus wagering (and any pre-wager bonus qualification, where stipulated in Specific T&C);
e. using any bots for grinding out imposed requirements; f. using the double-up/gamble feature during bonus wagering and/or bonus qualification;
g. short term, repetitive and/or unnecessary deposits and withdrawals in order to generate more bonuses,
h. wagering on games with bonus money to build up value, lose the bonus and then cash out on the built up value with a secondary deposit,
i. increasing the balance and then significantly changing the gaming pattern (bet, game type, bet structure or other pattern of betting) to complete any wagering requirements of any bonus,
j. increasing the balance after placing high value bets and thereafter proceeding to place bets of less than half of the prior bet value, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements;
k. using any betting system or placing even money bets on any game of chance;
l. wagering sportsbook bonus on the same event with different outcome where minimum or no risk of losing money is involved is not allowed;
m. wagering bonuses with other players (syndicate) on the same event or on the same event with different outcomes is not allowed.
12. Casino Bonuses and Free Spins can be used only on the casino product and cannot be transferred to sports betting. Sportsbook Bonuses and Free Bets can only be used on the sports product and cannot be transferred to the casino.
13. Unless otherwise stated, if the Player has never made a successful deposit prior to winning, they will only be allowed a maximum withdrawal of 100 EUR of winnings in total. The remaining balance will be forfeited.
4- STS CASINO BONUS TERMS
1. Casino Bonus offers and their details of crediting will be available on the relevant section on the Website or communicated to players by email or otherwise.
2. Standard wagering requirements for Casino Bonuses are 35 times the initial bonus amount unless otherwise stated in Specific T&Cs. Unless otherwise stated in Specific T&Cs, Players can meet wagering requirements playing only with funds from the Bonus Balance. Upon reaching the required wagering requirements, the bonus funds and all associated winnings will be moved to the Real Cash Balance.
3. Casino Bonuses can be wagered on all non-excluded games unless a bonus is offered as part of a promotion with Specific T&Cs.
4. The Player can find the list of excluded games here: list. 5. Unless otherwise stated in Specific T&Cs, when playing with Bonus Balance, the maximum bet (including additional features such as gamble and/or mini-games) cannot be greater than 5 EUR until the
wagering requirements have been met. Furthermore, players cannot lower their stake more than 50% of the highest previous stake. 6. The standard time to release a bonus is 10 days, however, specific timeframes may apply for different promotions - if this is the case, such times will be provided in the Specific T&Cs or a relevant message will be sent to the Player.
5 - STS SPORTSBOOK BONUS TERMS
1. Sportsbook Bonus offers and their details of crediting will be available in the relevant section on the Website or communicated to players by email or otherwise.
2. Standard wagering requirements for Sportsbook Bonuses are 6 times the initial bonus amount unless otherwise stated in Specific T&Cs. Players can meet wagering requirements playing only with funds from the Bonus Balance. Upon reaching the required wagering requirements, the bonus funds and all associated winnings will be moved to the Real Cash Balance.
3. While wagering any Sportsbook bonuses, the Superbet feature cannot be used. If the Superbet feature is used then funds from the Real Cash Balance will be used. This will not count towards bonus wagering.
4. Sportsbook Bonuses generally expire 5 days after they have been credited if not used by the Player. Specific Promotions may have different Sportsbook Bonus expiry dates which will be mentioned in the Specific T&Cs.
5. Any winnings resulting from Sportsbook Bonuses will be added directly to the Account as bonus money. If the Player has an active bonus, the Sportsbook Bonus will be added as a pending bonus.
6 - STS FREE SPINS AND FREE BETS TERMS
1. Under certain circumstances, STS may offer Free Spins and/or Free Bets to the Player.
2. Free Spins and Free Bets offers and their details of crediting will be available in the relevant section on the Website or communicated to players by email or otherwise.
3. Free Spins are spins of a certain value given on a specific game or a collection of games.
4. Free Bets are sports bets of a specific value given on all sports, specific sports, competitions, or markets.
5. The amount of Free Spins and the value of any Free Bets is determined by STS and set out on the Website or communicated to players by email or otherwise. Players have no general entitlement to receive Free Spins or Free Bets.
6. Free Spins generally expire 7 days after they have been credited if not used by the Player. Specific Promotions may have different Free Spins expiry dates which will be mentioned in the Specific T&Cs.
7. Any winnings resulting from Free Spins will be added directly to the Account as bonus money. If the Player has an active bonus, the Free Spins will be added as a pending bonus.
8. When Free Spins winnings are added as a bonus, normal wagering requirements apply to the bonus.
9. The Free Spins are offered on a particular game or a collection of games and need to be used on that game or those collection of games. 10. Standard wagering requirements for winnings from Free Spins are 35 times the initial bonus amount unless otherwise stated in Specific T&Cs. Players can meet wagering requirements playing only with funds from the Bonus Balance. Upon reaching the required wagering requirements, the bonus funds and all associated winnings will be moved to the Real Cash Balance.
11.If wagering requirements apply to Free Spins and/or winnings from Free Spins, Free Spins and winnings from Free Spins can be wagered on all non-excluded games unless a bonus is offered as a part of promotion with Specific T&Cs. If Specific T&Cs apply, they will be available on the Website or sent to the Player via email or otherwise.

Free Bets and any winnings from Free Bets generally do not have any wagering requirements, however any winnings from Free Bets will not include the Free Bets stake value. Any winnings from Bonus Bets will be added directly to the Real Cash Balance.
15. While wagering any Free Bet, the Superbet feature cannot be used. If the Superbet feature is used then Real Cash funds will be used. This will not count towards bonus wagering.
