Bonuses and promotions

Do you offer a bonus for new customers?

Yes, among our bonus offers, you can find the Sports Welcome Bonus and Casino Welcome Bonus. Our welcome bonuses can be obtained by entering the bonus code before completing the first deposit. You can find more details about our welcome offer at: https://www.stsbet.com/en/promotions

Where can I find my free bet?

Free bets are not visible on your balance/bonus. Free bet availability will be visible directly on your bet slip.

How can I use my free bet?

After selecting events for your bet slip, the slider with the text "free bet available" should appear if you have a free bet on your account.

You have to pick the free bet you want to use if you have more than one and then select “place bet” directly below the free bet options. You may need to scroll a little bit down for it to appear on smaller resolution screens.

The free bet can’t be split into smaller stakes.

Can I withdraw funds from my Bonus Wallet?

The bonus balance can’t be directly withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal while having a bonus balance on the account will void the bonus balance.

Where can I find my bonus funds?

You can check your bonus balance in the upper part of the STS site. The amount at the bottom is your bonus balance, while the upper one is your cash balance. Bonus funds are deducted automatically depending on the promotion conditions.

CASH OUT FEATURE

Cash Out givesyou more control over your bets and gives you the opportunity to take a return before an event has finished, even if your bet goes on to lose! You can cash out a bet fully or partially. You can choose to Cash Out your bet at any time and take the potential winnings on offer. If you choose to cash out, the amount offered will be settled, and the final result relating to your bet will have no impact on the amount returned to your account.

When is Cash Out available?

Cash Out is available on selected events, fixtures and markets both pre-match and In-Play/Live, on single and multiple bets, for a variety of sports, including football, tennis and basketball. You can see the special logo ($) on the markets while making bets. If the ($) is not displayed, Cash Out is not available on that sport or market. Should you wish to Cash Out, all you need to do is click on the ($) or “Cash Out” button located in your open bet or bet history details.

SPORTSBOOK

Can I cancel my bet?

No. It’s not possible to cancel the bet once it has been accepted in the system.

The football match I placed a bet on was canceled/postponed. What will happen to my bet?

If the game hasn’t been played within 24 hours from the initial date, the bet will be voided.

For other sports, please check special rules of the sport you are interested in: https://help.stsbet.com/-special-rules-for-each-sport/

My bet was voided. What does it mean?

If the bet was a single, your stake will be returned. In case of an accumulator bet, your possible winnings will be counted from the remaining odds and the stake will remain the same. Voided bets don’t count towards promotions.

Types of betting systems.

Single bets

A single bet means that there is only one selection per slip. You can place multiple single bets at once, but the odds won’t multiply by themselves like they do in accumulator bets.

Accumulator bets

An accumulator bet consists of at least two selections on the same slip. The odds are combined and none of the selections can lose in order to win the slip. In case one (or more) bet from the slip is voided, the odds of the voided event(s) are changed to 1.0.

System bets

The biggest difference between multi-bets and system bets is that you can win a system bet even if not all your picks are correct. For example, in the case of a 3/5 system bet, you win even if only three of your five predictions turn out to be correct. The more selections you pick correctly, the bigger your win.

When placing a system bet, it’s worth knowing already how many events you will want to place bets on and how many of these events you will have to win in order to profit on your stake.

How to place System bets:

  •  Select the minimum amount of events required, which is two.
  •  Go to the bet slip and change the tab to “System”.
  •  Now you can choose between System 2/3 to 7/8; each selection has a different number of bets which will show in brackets next to the system bet choice. For example, if you select a 3/5 bet, it means that you need just 3 out of your 5 selections to be correct in order to win.

Each-way bet (Golf)

An Each Way (EW, E/W) bet is essentially two separate bets: a win bet and a place bet. For the win part of the bet to give a return, the selection must win or finish in places mentioned in the bet.

  • If you place a bet which is EW (1/5, 3 places) and your golfer finishes in the top 3, you’ll win your bet.
  • The place portion of your bet will payout at 1/5 of the odds that you took that golfer for.
  • Should the golfer come first, you’ll receive the payout on both the Win and Place portions of your bet.
  • If your golfer finished 2nd or 3rd, you’d only receive the pay-out on the place section The win part of your bet will be a loser.
